Letter from our Founder

For years, I’ve balanced work, motherhood, and the never-ending to-do list. Like so many women, I often put myself last. There’s this quiet guilt that comes with taking time for yourself, but if I’ve learned anything, it’s this: you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Growing up, I was always active into dance, sports. Back in 2014, I almost opened a barre studio, but life took me in a different direction. Now, all these years later, I find myself exactly where I’m supposed to be: building something centered around both strength, movement and mindfulness.

After my second baby, I got back into finding time for myself and the importance of taking care of your mind and body, I was trying to find “me” again. I was eventually diagnosed with Diastasis Recti, and learned that many of the workouts I was doing were actually making it worse. That diagnosis lead me to discover the incredible benefits of Reformer Pilates

Now, I’m fully invested in this method of movement, not just for how it transforms your body, but how it heals, strengthens, and grounds you from the inside out.
