Jen
Jen is certified in Pilates Mat, Reformer Pilates, Pilates Anatomy, and Magic Circle. Her fitness journey first began with weightlifting, and two years later, her passion for pilates bloomed. Jen’s classes create a very upbeat environment that caters to everyone. She encourages everyone to “mouv” at their own pace in order to feel and grasp the proper form, as she redirects when necessary. She loves giving everyone the option to challenge themselves so that they leave feeling accomplished and eager to come back.
“Fitness is mostly defined as looking or being in good physical shape. Oftentimes to fulfill a specific goal. Personally for me it’s more about how It makes me feel. Regularly exercising improves a multitude of benefits. I yearn to help others create a happy and healthy lifestyle.”
Sarah
Sarah has been a fitness instructor for 9 years. Her certifications include Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Thai Massage, Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Magic Circle Continued Edu, and Ayurvedic Nutritionist Trauma Informed Yoga.Sarah’s main focus is teaching folks to take even better care of themselves and helping them to remember they are capable and strong through yoga & pilates. She believes feeling healthy and strong are extremely important for creating & maintaining a foundation for mental clarity, feeling comfortable in your own skin, self love and continued growth. Her teaching style is one that brings knowledge of the foundational elements of the modality to challenge & encourage.

Julia
Julia has over 20 years of dance training in all styles under her belt with a focus in Hip Hop. She has trained and danced professionally for the Chicago Bulls as a Chicago Luvabull. Her love for dance quickly transpired into her colorful fitness journey. Julia has years of experience as a boxing, kickboxing, dance, HIIT cardio, and Zumba fitness instructor. Along withfitness, she is passionate about mental health, self care, and the exploration of different styles of movement to build strength. Her favorite thing about instructing is creating an up-beat, no-judgment zone while emphasizing the importance of confidence, power,and self fulfillment during a workout.

Maddy
Maddy began her fitness journey about 8 years ago with powerlifting, and soon fell in love with running and pilates! She is a NASM certified personal trainer and believes there isn’t a better feeling than helping someone grow into a better version of themselves!

Kelsey
Kelsey is certified in mat pilates and has been passionate about fitness her whole life not only because of the amazing results you can achieve, but also because of how much it can positively impact a person mentally. She loves being able to provide her clients with this healthy outlet.

Bella
Bella is certified in mat pilates, pilates anatomy, and magic circle. Growing up a competitive dancer for 15 years Bella has experience with pilates body coordination, core conditioning and stability, flexibility and more. Heated mat pilates is her personal fitness favorite, and she is excited to share her passion with others at Mouv.

Emma
Emma’s fitness journey involves a mix of physical training including technique development and mental conditioning. She is passionate about designing and leading workouts to help guests improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
Her love for pilates was born when her sister, Kelsey, encouraged her to try out the practice being a postpartum mom. Nervous to leave the baby, her sister made her feel so comfortable in the studio and during workouts, and she fell in love with the feeling of moving her body again.
“Pilates physically has rebuilt my core stretch, recovered my pelvic floor, and improved my posture. I’m mentally feeling like me again, not just mom.”
Emma’s teaching style is up-beat and up-lifting. She creates a fun environment centered around rebuilding, but reminding guests to be kind to themselves while doing just that so they could feel more and more confident with each class.
