Studio Etiquette

Please review the following studio policies to ensure the best possible experience at MOUV:

• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and set up. Clients arriving more than 5-10 minutes late may not be permitted to join class and may be marked as a no-show.

• Grippy Socks: Required for all classes (available for purchase if needed).

• Booking: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking platform.

• Class Capacity: Each class has a maximum of 6 participants. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Being a small studio, class spots are limited and we want to offer as much availability to our guests as possible. Because of this, we will now be requiring 12-hour notice to cancel a class, 24-hour for privates/ workshops, and seven-day notice to cancel a private group event. Cancelling within the 12-hour class window will result in a $10 charge, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the class.

At Mouv, we do not offer refunds of any kind.
